Pultrusion is the so-called fiber broaching method, by consistently producing of composite profiles of various shapes, such as: full, open, closed forms. Due to the unidirectional arrangement of the fibers, the method obtains high values of strength and elasticity in the longitudinal direction. In the transverse direction these values are much lower, so in order to obtain higher lateral strength we introduce fabric tapes or roving mats. Finished products are additionally characterized by anti-corrosion properties and increased heat resistance.
