Manual technology

TECHNOLOGY

Manual technology is a method of forming, in which the fabric is created as a result of overlapping successive layers of the selected support material. The most commonly used materials: glass mats, technical fabrics, veils, coromats. Supporting materials are selected according to the desired properties to achieve, e.g. tensile strength, impact strength, elasticity, pressure resistance.

The advantages of manual lamination are: low production start-up costs, cost-effectiveness of the method for unit and small orders, relatively short time of tools preparing.
